Sweet Homes of Colorado Incorporated is a residential construction company specializing in custom home building, custom project management and general contracting. We have been building custom homes in Summit County since 1991. Through our dedication to detail, quality and customer satisfaction we have established an outstanding reputation around and beyond our home area of Summit County, Colorado.

Evan D. Wasserman and Eric P. Brownson founded the company in 1991. Mr. Wasserman holds a BS degree in Architectural History and Business Management from Skidmore College. Mr. Brownson holds a degree in Mathematics from The University of Vermont. Both parners have extensive backgrounds as craftsmen and are complemented by a full time staff of skilled and experienced carpenters and supervisors. From complex timber framing and log work to intricate trim details there is no challenge that this crew can not meet.
