changing list of specifications into a wonderfully comfortable
French country chalet. We will be ever grateful for their
vision and attention to detail." Sweet Homes of Colorado built our home in Shock Hill in Breckenridge, completing it in November 2007. The quality is apparent in every detail of our home. Every item on the punch list was handled in a timely fashion and all work completed to our satisfaction; no questions, no hassle. We are delighted with the final product! We live in Houston, Texas and built a custom home from the ground up in Breckenridge Colorado with the help of an old hand architect and a young up and coming builder, Eric Brownson of Sweet Homes of Colorado. The home was completed in 18 months through snowy winter weather and during a time when materials were hard to find. We love the home, the finished product is beautiful craftmanship and you know when you enter that it is truly custom work. That would be enough said, but here it is four years later and Eric has continued to help us make improvements as we have seen the need for them, not just finish and say good-by. This last year we added chimney caps, extended our patio,and improved our snow melt system all with Sweet Homes personnel's attention.
